I am passionate about helping you feel better and achieving meaningful change. With a background in family systems, I use an evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach which will help you improve quickly and equip you with tools for ongoing self-help. I am also certified in CBT-I, a specialized cognitive therapy protocol for treating insomnia.
When we start working together, I will take the time to understand your unique situation and life circumstances and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to bring you relief.
My approach is structured and active. I will seek your feedback regularly, using it to monitor progress, and I also will expect you to practice skills between sessions. You will typically start experiencing relief within a few sessions and will become empowered to make positive changes that bring lasting joy and fulfillment.
