As a queer, first-generation Mexican-American therapist and a daughter of immigrants, my foundation is deeply engrained in connection, compassion, and solidarity. I seek to create a healing space in which you feel seen, heard, and understood. I will be a fierce advocate for you and reflect back to you the person I see in front of me - someone who is resilient and capable. I find it a privilege to hold space for individuals to rest and to provide healing practices to women and femmes of color. What matters most to me is that you feel grounded in our work together. I strive to create a space that is consistently affirming, safe, and embraces meaningful healing. I will challenge you when I intuitively feel it is necessary intentionally and purposefully. I consistently ask for feedback and challenge my own biases.

We are in this together.

I stand by the values that therapy should always be inclusive, accessible, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and transparent. I feel it is an honor to work with you and it will be represented in our work together. I deeply believe that one's story is important, but we often do not get the opportunity to feel vulnerable enough to share it. I wish to provide that space for you; one that is rooted in exploring childhood experiences with curiosity, dismantling unhelpful beliefs and cycles, and nurturing your body and mind through self-compassion and understanding.

It is devastating to me that individuals have not had safe and productive experiences in therapy. I am privileged to provide reparative and restorative therapy to those who have been negatively affected by therapy in the past and to provide a truly transformational experience for first-time therapygoers.

When you start, I simply ask you to arrive as you are and begin from where you presently stand.
