We offer effective outpatient, individualized mental health care through counseling & psychotherapy.

We serve individuals, those in intimate relationships, and families ages 18+. We do not serve minors or adolescents in our practice.

We achieve this by providing a neutral space, cultivating therapeutic safety, promoting empathy, and individualizing our treatment and approach.
