In our work together I hope to create a space that is safe and empowering to allow you to better understand your needs and wants. My goal is for clients leave our sessions with increased understanding and empathy for themselves as well as concrete tools to live more mindfully throughout the week. Treatment modalities I am trained in include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
I have previously held clinical and leadership positions in higher level of care behavioral health and eating disorder treatment settings. I have extensive training in evidence-based treatments and specialize in working with folks with eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
My goal is to create a warm therapeutic space that encourages curiosity, compassion and change. Together, we can clarify your values and goals and identify opportunities for you to feel more connected to what is most important to you.
