I have over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of college-age clients from all walks of life. With my background as both a special education teacher and college and career counselor, I enjoy helping clients explore their identity, increase self-confidence and autonomy, and overcome fears (or whatever else is blocking them from living well). As a therapist, most of the clients I see experience OCD, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I tailor treatment to my clients’ individual needs and create a warm, supportive environment in sessions where they can truly be themselves without judgment.
