Carlye Kopp, MEd, LPC
I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Grief & Loss, and more. I believe that people from all walks of life can benefit from therapy. In my work with clients, like you, I hold the belief that authenticity, positive regard, collaboration, and humor can create positive change in the lives of others. My goal is to create a safe space for you to experience healing. I believe that each client has an individualized lens of the world, based on their past & present experiences. With this being said, I work to understand the identities, experiences, & beliefs that each client holds.
Together, we can work to process these experiences so that you can learn to live a more whole and happy life. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that I use a variety of theories & techniques in order to meet the individual needs of the client. I consider myself a student in life & am always striving to learn more from my peers and my clients.
Asking for help can be scary, but know that I am here to support you through all phases of your life. You are capable of healing! You have made it this far, so send me a message to see if we'll be a good fit for your counseling needs.
