Catline Jacques
Feeling overwhelmed by school stress, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions is common for college and graduate students. If academic pressure, anxiety, or low mood are affecting your focus, motivation, or well-being, you are not alone, and support is available.
I am a double board-certified psychiatrist who works closely with college students and young adults to provide thoughtful, collaborative mental health care. My approach is supportive, evidence-based, and personalized, with a focus on helping you feel more balanced, grounded, and in control without feeling rushed or pressured.
At Alverdia Health, we provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management when appropriate, supportive therapy, and consultations, all while collaborating with your other healthcare providers as needed.
Care is centered on your individual goals and designed to support both mental health and academic functioning.
All services are 100% virtual and available to adults across Massachusetts, making care accessible and flexible for busy student schedules. I understand the unique challenges of college life, including academic burnout, test anxiety, transitions, relationship stress, and concerns about identity.
Reaching out is a first step, not a commitment. If anxiety, burnout, or school-related stress is getting in the way of your daily life or academic success, we would be glad to support you.
