My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges and life transitions. I rely on evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and the Gottman Method. Currently, I am on the certification track to become a Gottman certified therapist.
My goal in our work together, is to provide a supportive environment where you can address conflict, set boundaries, build resilience, and develop skills needed to establish and maintain a fulfilling life.
