Whether you are brand new to counseling or have years of experience, we want to support you in pursuing your goals right now - long and short term.

We specialize in Mental Health and Substance Use. We work with adults and offer sessions for individuals and couples.

Due to COVID-19 and for purposes of flexibility in scheduling and access to care, we offer virtual appointments at this time - phone and video. Our goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible.
