Psychologist, PhD, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I'm a clinical psychologist, and I trained at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I see adolescents, college students, and adults in my office in Belmont Center and via telehealth.

I see people with a wide variety of concerns (such as anxiety, depression, relationships), and specialize in trauma treatment for those struggling with stressful experiences or symptoms of PTSD. In addition, I run DBT skills training group for college students and young adults in their 20s and 30s to learn and practice new skills.

Overall my goal as a therapist is to work together to increase your self-understanding and develop new strategies to relieve suffering and build a life that feels meaningful to you. I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call. I'm happy to talk with anyone who may be interested in learning more about my practice and seeing if we might be a good fit.
