“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” -Lisa Olivera. Do you find yourself constantly worrying, stressed, or like you are trapped, and you cannot seem to escape? Do you sometimes feel like no one understands you? You do not have to struggle in silence. I am pleased that you have taken the first step in addressing your concerns. In my practice, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be able to share whatever is on your mind and where we can explore your concerns together. Let’s put YOU at the top of your to-do list!
My approach to therapy is from a Person-Centered lens and Psychodynamic approach to help you identify some of the causes for your feelings. My therapeutic approaches are Relational Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you find the skills to improve your daily life.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, perfectionism, and ADHD. In our work together, we will use our time to explore the challenges you may be experiencing and try to find solutions (coping skills) while improving on personal strengths. I hope that I can help you create a life that you find meaningful.
