I help students struggling with anxiety and ADHD gain confidence and develop skills that support their neurodiverse brains. People diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to experience challenges with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and sleep disorders; this combination can make functioning day-to-day feel like an uphill battle.
In our work together, we'll explore self-compassion, your beliefs about yourself and the world, and actions to take to help you feel better. For clients who struggle with ADHD, we'll find ways to improve your executive function skills and how to advocate for your needs as a neurodiverse person.
Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, I offer a complimentary 15-minute, no-strings-attached initial consultation so you can decide if I fit what you're looking for. If I'm not a match, I'll provide referrals to other providers who might be what you're looking for.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
