College can be a time of figuring out who you are while also juggling school, relationships, friendships, family, work, and what comes next. I work with college students who are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, stuck, or unsure of where they fit in. I’m especially interested in supporting students navigating identity, sexuality, relationships, reproductive health and decision-making, and other big life transitions. I also enjoy working with student athletes and former athletes as they navigate performance pressure, injury, changing relationships with movement, or life beyond sport. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your life.
