Hey there — I’m really glad you’re here.
College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally confusing. Between academic pressure, relationships, identity questions, and figuring out what comes next, it’s easy to feel stretched or stuck. I specialize in supporting first generation college students and BIPOC. My goal is to help you understand what’s going on inside you in a way that actually makes sense — not just label things, but build real transformation and confidence that you can carry forward.
I bring a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, where you’ll be heard and understood — not rushed to “fix” anything but supported in figuring out your own direction. We’ll work together to strengthen your emotional awareness, navigate stress and relationships, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and connected both in and outside of the classroom.
If you’re looking for a space to slow down, unpack what you’re feeling, and build self-trust — I’d be honored to walk with you through that.
