Now welcoming new clients. I have a passion for working with clients who come from complex family systems and are ready to break away and heal from harmful generational patterns. Clients come to me when they are struggling to re-connect with the authentic version of themselves and/or want to heal from relational wounds and deepen their connection with others. It can be hard to exist authentically in the world due to trauma, societal expectations, and systemic concerns, but becoming the best version of yourself is possible.

I utilize an empathetic, humanistic, and strength-based approach. I recognize that all of my clients are unique and, as such, have diverse wants, needs, goals, and expectations of self. I will meet you where you are at, help you identify what the best version of yourself looks like, and help to unpack the roadblocks along the way.

I believe in humanizing the experience of therapy and view the therapist-client relationship as an active agent for change. To share your vulnerabilities, fears, and apprehensions with someone is courageous and it is my honor to walk alongside you on this journey!
