Welcome. I'm so glad you stopped by. I specialize in working with young adults and college students experiencing life transitions, anxiety, loss, disappointment, spiritual issues, and relationship/family issues. The primary goal of my practice is to create an environment of safety and respect for you to experience connection, heal hurts, develop awareness, and grow personally. When appropriate, I enjoy working with clients who wish to incorporate their faith into counseling.
Together, we will develop achievable goals for your unique wellness journey - a healthy mind, body, and spirit are essential to overall well-being.
"We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending." My passion and focus is to equip the next generation of young adults to build a lasting legacy. I am honored to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
