Rachel earned her Bachelors of Art in Professional Writing from Purdue University (Boiler up!) and her Master of Social Work from University of Indianapolis. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationships with food, body, and self. She specializes in supporting clients navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, and disconnection from self through a compassionate, collaborative, and empowering approach.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Body Trust® work, and strengths-based interventions, Rachel helps clients explore their inner worlds, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build a more trusting relationship with their bodies. She believes each person holds innate wisdom and resilience, and therapy becomes a space to rediscover and nurture those strengths.

Rachel meets clients exactly where they are in their healing journey—honoring their pace, their story, and their courage. As she shows up fiercely for her clients, she offers both gentle presence and honest support, walking beside them as they move toward greater self-compassion, freedom, and authenticity.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys exploring new coffee shops, movie marathons with her husband, and spending time in nature with a good book.
