Hello, I'm Rodney. With extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents, I specialize in areas such as personal growth, developmental transitions, trauma (including Complex PTSD), anxiety, attention deficits, depression, behavioral challenges, relationship and communication issues, spiritual exploration, and reactions to stress, including panic. My approach to therapy is eclectic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client as a bio-psycho-social being. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Counseling for Individuals, Forward Facing Freedom trauma therapy (developed by J Eric Gentry, PhD), Rapid Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and alternative methods like EEG Biofeedback, Mindfulness, and Hypnotherapy. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and executive administration, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings such as a rural hospital, various clinics, and a prominent Fortune 500 company. My roles have included managing employee health, injury rehabilitation, drug and alcohol recovery, staff training, and healthcare professional development and placement. I believe in creating a supportive and understanding environment where you can feel safe to explore and address your challenges. Together, we can work towards your personal growth and well-being. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to help.
