Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Hewes, founder of Evergreen Teletherapy, LLC. I am licensed (LPC) in both Colorado and Connecticut. I decided to resume my private practice in hopes of being more accessible to clients using a virtual platform. I know we are busy and maybe want to save time by just logging on and having a session:) I hear you! I have 17+ years of clinical experience working with people who have struggled with eating disorders, body image, as well as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions (i.e., early adulthood, college, job changes, loss of athletic identity, changes in family dynamics). My clients have told me they like my warm yet direct approach. I look forward to meeting you and helping support you in your journey!
