Collaboration, integrity, and attunement are core values at Silver Maple Psychology. Using evidenced-based practices infused with humor and compassion, I work with clients to improve their lives and address what matters most to them. Prior to private practice, I worked in university counseling centers for 16 years and am familiar with the challenges undergraduate, graduate, and professional students face. My specialty areas include: children of emotionally immature parents and relational trauma (like growing up in a narcissistic family), anxiety and perfectionism, adult ADHD, recovery from alcohol, codependency, and trauma.
