Are you struggling to find your way while dealing with family expectations? Is it hard to feel like what you’re doing is “enough”? Maybe you’re struggling with anxious thoughts or conflict with important people in your life. That is understandable. The experience of being first-gen has its own unique challenges. Sometimes family doesn’t understand what you're experiencing and that can feel isolating. As a bilingual/bicultural therapist, I have firsthand experience with the challenges of trying to succeed in college while also being the first in the family to step into these spaces. I'm here to support you through these challenging times and together we can find solutions and healthy ways of managing life.
Finding the right therapist is so important; feel free to reach out to me to see if I may be the right for you.
