I offer specialized individual and group therapy for teenagers and young adults in Massachusetts, and I specialize primarily in trauma recovery, men’s mental health, and complex family & intimate relationship dynamics. I see patients both via virtual telehealth sessions and for walk-and-talk therapy sessions in nature when fitting. I am most experienced working with those coping with trauma, going through family challenges, grappling with their identity (e.g., men's/masculinity issues, faith and sexuality/coming out, racial trauma, social class), striving to be in healthy relationships, as well as those exploring therapy for the first time. I work from the belief that our relationships with others and ourselves can be a source of deep suffering as well as a powerful window into self-discovery, intimacy, and healing.
