Even if that means setting you up with one of our preferred providers out of house. Bottom line, you deserve the best quality. At The Mind Parlor, we want you to have just that. You’ve always been the one who holds it together. The friend everyone leans on, the one who keeps the peace, even when you're falling apart inside. You’re kind, thoughtful, and always thinking about how others feel—sometimes to the point of losing sight of what you need. Maybe you grew up in a home where speaking up was risky, or you were labeled as “too much.” Now, in college or early adulthood, you feel lost - constantly second-guessing yourself, unsure who you are outside of relationships or achievements. You want to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life—but you’re not sure where to start.
Seeking support takes courage and I am honored to be part of that journey. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been in the helping profession since 2018. Over the years I've had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you build effective coping skills, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward living a more authentic and fulfilling life. I believe therapy is a journey we take together. A journey that helps you uncover your strengths, find balance, and rediscover happiness in your everyday life.
Hi there, welcome! My name is Dr. Steffanie Grossman (she/her/hers). I am a Psychologist, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist and registered Animal-Assisted Therapist with a small dog/tootsie-roll lookalike named Rockstar. I provide therapy for a wide range of concerns, with specialties in the areas of eating disorders, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Rockstar is frequently in the room, so you can pet him to self-soothe, look at him to distract or allow yourself to be more open, or to just laugh at when he wants his belly rubs. Therapy is something I am very passionate about, and I truly enjoy helping my clients empower themselves to live the lives they wish to live and increase self-compassion. I hope this page and my website can help you determine if we would be a good team in helping you reach your goals, find empowerment through your struggles, and embrace peace. I'd be happy to talk with you further during a free brief phone consultation to further help decide. I would love to hear from you.

My personal experience with therapy, first at a young age and consistently throughout my life, is what inspired me to pursue my own clinical social work license. Therapy provided a safe space for me and a consistency that didn’t exist anywhere else in my life. My goal has always been to pass that gift along to my clients. I practice the tools I teach to clients in my own life and I show up authentically when I'm with clients. I am a therapist who is happy to answer questions from clients that will help them feel safe in the therapeutic relationship.
While working in healthcare for the past 25 years, I have experienced the value of human connection between caregiver and patient in various roles and settings. Every individual I have provided care for has their own story, a unique set of experiences that has shaped them. Understanding these individual differences helps establish individual plans of care. Upon establishing a therapeutic relationship with my clients, I strive to learn their stories and help them overcome their struggles. I aim to help clients find meaning and purpose, improve their quality of life, and achieve contentment. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can prescribe medications and provide talk therapy to help treat psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, sleep disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have named my clinic after “eudaimonia,” which means ‘good spirit’ and is translated from Greek simply as ‘happiness.’ Eudaimonia is described as the condition of human flourishing, and this philosophy of finding meaning and purpose guides the care provided at Eudaimonia Psychiatric Mental Health Clinic.
We are a Trauma-Informed counseling office on a mission to normalize mental health care in our community. Offering In-person & Telehealth sessions & LGBTQIA+ Allied
Hey there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult life experiences. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or weighed down by past experiences. Together, we'll work to better understand what's keeping you stuck and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Many of the people I work with seem to have spent a fair amount of time wondering if they are somehow doing "being a person" incorrectly. The overthinkers. The deep feelers. The people who have always felt a little different. A little out of step. Or like everyone else received instructions they themselves somehow missed. Some are navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or questions about who they are and how they want to move through the world. Many have spent a long time trying to make sense of things on their own. Therapy is not a place where you need to arrive polished, certain, or put together. It is a place where curiosity is welcome, questions are welcome, and most importantly, you are welcome. P.S. Consider this your official welcome to the Human Being Club. Your unpolished, un-edited pages are honored here.

I hold a Master's degree (MA) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist. My specialties include children and adolescent mental/behavioral health, anger management, adhd, anxiety, behavior challenges, depression, and life transitions. I can also provide faith-based counseling upon request. When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where your unique needs and goals are the focus. Her work centers on creating affirming spaces where clients can move beyond survival mode, explore who they are outside of achievement and expectations, and prioritize their own healing and growth. Ellicia’s approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in authenticity, helping clients build balance, boundaries, self-compassion, and emotional wellness while navigating demanding careers, academics, athletics, and life transitions.
Mental health is defined as the ability to love, and the ability to work; to be able to have stable and emotionally fulfilling relationships with others, to take care of your daily needs, and to be able to enjoy using your time creatively and productively. As a counselor, I aim to join with my clients and help them identify their troubles, explore their origins, and create unique solutions to help them live the life they hope for. While my work is very relational and focuses more on meeting the unique needs of individuals, I use specific techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have seven years experience working with young adults, especially neurodivergent young adults on the autism spectrum or with ADHD or learning differences. I particularly enjoy vocational counseling and helping clients navigate life transitions. Many of my clients have complicated diagnositic histories and may have struggled to connect with other counselors in the past. I accept insurance through Headway and also accept private pay through card, cash, check, or Zelle. Please feel free to ask me about sliding scale.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Hi, I’m Ashley (she/her)! I’m a licensed professional counselor with licenses in Mississippi and Texas. I graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with my bachelor’s in psychology in 2017 and my master’s in counseling psychology in 2020. I’ve worked in different settings including telehealth, homes, schools, and an acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to expand your self-understanding. That allows us to develop healthier patterns and learn effective coping skills to help create lasting, positive change in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your safety, growth, and autonomy are prioritized. I have experience supporting clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, dysfunctional patterns, and life transitions. I provide gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, culturally sensitive, person-centered therapy. I believe that each person that comes into this space deserves a treatment approach that is tailored to their unique needs and experiences. To help ensure that, I integrate key parts of various evidence-based treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), strengths-based therapy, and compassion-focused therapy (CFT) to best meet your needs. I encourage and welcome transparent feedback so we can adjust our approach as needed. There is never a time that it’s too late to do something different or to start something new. Progress takes time, and it’s normal to have ups and downs while still making progress. My goal is to support you through your healing journey and help you become the version of you that you like best. “No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who hasn’t started.” Every day, we make a choice, to continue living in comfortable misery or to take even the smallest step toward being uncomfortably happier; but first, you must choose you.
Hello! I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have been privileged to train with many but especially 2 of the renowned child-adolescent psychiatrists in North Texas! I do comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medication treatment for numerous psychiatric disorders. My specialty populations are children, adolescents and adults, especially ones who's been through trauma. I also have experience treating women with peripartum mood and anxiety disorders. My rewarding gift is hearing my clients say they got their life back! I am very eager and ready to take this wellness journey with you. Email me or give me a call, let's talk about solutions to get you thriving!
You're the one everyone counts on. You show up, you achieve, you hold it together — and somewhere underneath, you're exhausted and not sure why nothing feels like enough. Maybe you grew up translating for your parents, managing everyone's emotions, or learning early that needing things was inconvenient. Maybe you've never called any of that trauma, because it just felt like life. I work with high-achieving adults, adult children of immigrants, and couples who are tired of functioning well and feeling terrible. Together we get underneath the coping — the overworking, the people-pleasing, the hyper-independence — and into what your nervous system has been carrying all along. My approach is warm and direct. I'll reflect back what I notice, ask the harder question, and hold space for the parts of your story that don't have easy language yet. I use Brainspotting and EMDR alongside talk therapy, because some things live in the body and can't be reasoned through. I'm Surabhi Jagdish, LMFT-S, with over 12 years of experience. I see clients virtually across Minnesota, Texas, and Colorado.
