My goal as a therapist is to support you during difficult life transitions. These transitions may include starting college, searching for jobs, adjusting to roommates, and exploring gender and sexuality for yourself. Transitions and changes may evoke a sense of grief and loss, regardless if it's positive, negative, or neutral. As a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I can help you with the difficult emotions that are associated with these changes. Our sessions would focus on finding the root of your symptoms, processing your grief, and starting your healing journey. Although my specialty is grief and loss, I address a wide variety of concerns, including emotional regulation, managing anxiety and depression, healing from childhood trauma, and increasing resilience. Often, our symptoms can be traced back to the losses and trauma experienced in our lives. I often utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat these symptoms as well. Great to meet you! Hi, I’m Angela. I’ve been supporting people through life’s ups and downs for many years, and I believe that we all deserve understanding, kindness, and a space where we can explore what’s really going on for us. I work with individuals, couples, and families — including kids, teens, adults, and seniors — who are facing things like anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD challenges, stress in relationships, or family issues. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help you feel heard and supported as you make healthier choices and create the life you want. A bit about my approach to therapy I bring warmth, openness, and a “we’re in this together” attitude to our work. Clients describe me as understanding, genuine, and easy to talk to — someone who laughs with you, sits with the hard moments, and doesn’t shy away from the tough stuff. We’ll talk it out, make space for the stories you bring, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. My style is solution-oriented and open-minded, and you’ll always be met with respect and curiosity. What you can expect from our first session In our first session, you can expect to feel welcomed and genuinely listened to. We’ll focus on understanding what’s been pulling at you and what you hope to change. You’ll leave with a sense of clarity, some early ideas for what we might explore together, and a feeling that this is a safe space where you can show up as you are. Over time, many people find they feel more confident handling life’s stresses, stronger in their relationships, and better equipped with tools to move forward with purpose and resilience.

Hi! I am Kaye Davis and I am a Licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have years of experience working with men and women who are at a point in their life where they desire to make changes in their routine, career, or attend school, and trying to balance the roles they have as a human being living in the world today. I believe all my clients are the experts on their own life, and I am here to just provide feedback, active listening and allow each of them a chance to be creative as we all attempt to navigate this thing called life. I have years of experience as a collegiate basketball coach and also former athlete, and also a crisis counselor for those adults with severe an persistent mental illness. I have a different quirky style of therapy, but at the end of the day, my number one goal is to provide you the ability to talk and explore areas that are strengths but also while looking at growth opportunities. I would also encourage you to find YOUR fit for therapist. Not every therapist is the right fit initially. I believe thru open honest communication things can be worked out where we can find a therapist will work that will be a connection that is helpful and meaningful. How about you take the step for yourself and find relief and watch your dreams become reality.
My name is Shannon (she/her), and I came into this field, as many mental health professionals do, in response to my own inner demons and trauma. I have a passion for women’s issues, the queer population, and folx affected by sexual trauma and domestic violence. I am a single mom with two small kids, two cats, and a rambunctious dog, so needless to say I understand the strain of trying to balance a busy life. My approach to therapy is grounded in CBT and feminist therapy, with a few sprinkles of radical acceptance and dark humor. I am also a firm believer that my client is the expert on their own life, and I am happy to adjust my styles and/or make more appropriate referrals when I am not the right fit.
I believe every one of us is a good person at heart, we are all trying our best and laziness is a myth. You may have a hard time believing that about yourself. You may have been taught (by families or systems) that you are bad, lazy or selfish. You are scared to make decisions or trust your intuition. You want to love yourself the way you love others! I offer a radically different perspective. I think it is possible to love yourself a little bit at a time, take things less personally and create more space in your life for peace.
